Each month will hold a frequency that will work with you throughout the month.
We gather together 3 times online each month for an Activation Call, an Embodiment + Rebirthing Breathwork Journey & a Digestion Call, there will be a community space via Telegram to connect in between calls.
Each month you will receive an embodiment practice + journal prompts to explore the frequency further.
The price is £99 p/m with a 6 month minimum contract or £999 annual membership.
